Lloyd Miller - Drums | Interstellar Stabilising Officer

ORIGIN: Asteroid 727, part of the Tulowd region of deep space, a mysteriously glowing rock drifting just outside the Nebula of Questionable Decisions.

Lloyd began manipulating percussive energy fields from the age of 15 years. Early missions placed him alongside notable Earth-based lifeforms such as Kasabian, Those Dancing Days and Ellie Goulding, where he learned to stabilise large crowds using only sticks, timing and questionable jokes.

Over the years, Lloyd’s trajectory has taken him from sweaty clubs to major festivals, navigating everything from indie – rock atmospheres to pop-galaxy turbulence. His drumming has powered tours, recordings and emergency groove-restoration procedures across multiple sectors of the UK’s live-event universe.

Now stationed aboard the Escape Pod, Lloyd serves as the ships’ rhythmic engine – generating stable cosmic vibrations, preventing the vessel from drifting into funk-based wormholes, and providing emergency meteor shower beats when required. While technically banned from touching the navigation controls, the crew maintains the ship travels noticeably straighter when he’s playing.

CREW FUNCTION: Maintaining rhythmic stability and preventing catastrophic groove-loss across all quadrants.

KNOWN AS: Interstellar Stabilising Officer.

SPECIAL ABILITY: Can detect an off-beat from several light years away and correct it before anyone else notices.

MISSION STATUS: Still onboard. Still drumming. Still refusing to play quietly.
